Cara Charm Bracelet

Build your own charm bracelet — a personalized keepsake on your wrist. Start with a chain and add engravable discs, initials, birthstones and photo lockets to tell your story, one charm at a time.

• Your choice of 14K gold-over-stainless-steel chain: CZ Tennis (15+3cm) or Paperclip (15+3cm)
• 20mm x 10mm carabiner charm holder included
• Charms: decorative, engravable (handwriting, photos, messages), heart lockets, initials, and cubic-zirconia birthstones

Shipping

U.S. delivery within 5-8 business days, with most deliveries arriving in about 6-7 calendar days.

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, any personalized pieces may ship separately.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early when possible.

We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

We hope you love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.

Custom-made pieces cannot be canceled once production begins.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once approved.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
