Hello and thank you for choosing us. Here's everything you need to know.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

When your order ships
Most orders leave us within 1–3 business days, including engraved and personalized pieces. Personalised pieces may ship separately from the rest of your order so that nothing waits on them.

When it arrives
Standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days from the day you order, including the time above. During holidays and high-volume periods this may run a little longer, so we recommend ordering early where you can.

If something delays your order
If we cannot ship within the time above, we will email you before that deadline passes, give you a new shipping date, and offer you the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method. We will never substitute store credit or a gift card for a refund you are owed.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Below $75, and for express delivery, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or damaged packages
Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect or not what you expected, contact us at care@ohorchid.com and we will put it right. A photo helps us resolve things quickly.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details.
