Shipping

Processing Time

U.S. delivery within 5-8 business days, with most deliveries arriving in about 6-7 calendar days.

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, any personalized pieces may ship separately.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early when possible.

Shipping Methods & Costs

- Standard Shipping: Free on U.S. orders above the minimum.

- Express Shipping: Available at checkout, with rates calculated based on location and order size

Shipping options may vary to ensure the best delivery experience.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available in the future.

Returns & Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

If the item arrives, please send us a photo so that we can best assist.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

For custom-made items, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In their original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly, so we can make it right.

Photos of the issue may be requested to help us resolve concerns quickly.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If it has been more than 10 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
