*For custom-made items, the sooner the better, as we will not be able to cancel your order once we start the creation process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready to provide.

Please note that items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
We truly care about your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if you find any defects or receive the wrong item, contact us right away.
If possible, sending a photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We typically don’t offer refunds unless the issue is on our side. However, if you have any concerns, we are here to help.
If a refund is approved, we’ll notify you. You’ll receive it automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just a heads up—processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
