You have 10 days from delivery to request a return.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
For custom-made pieces, please reach out as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Photos of the issue are helpful and allow us to resolve concerns more quickly.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
